“Mom, I want to be a pilot,” my daughter Rida told me, her eyes gleaming with excitement.

My heart swelled with pride, but almost instantly, that pride gave way to worry.I found myself lying awake at night, grappling with questions I couldn’t yet answer: What qualifications would she need? Where should she start? How could I, as a mother, guide her through a world I knew so little about?

I felt overwhelmed, but I wasn’t about to let that stop her. Her dream became my mission. I spent hours researching, making calls, and trying to understand the aviation industry—a field that seemed both unfamiliar and daunting

It didn’t take long for me to realize I wasn’t alone in this struggle. Countless parents across the country faced the same uncertainty, supporting children with ambitions to touch the skies but unsure where to begin.

That’s when a thought began to take shape: What if I could make this journey easier? What if I could empower not just my daughter but every aspiring pilot—and their parents—with the guidance and support they needed?

And so, Wind Chasers was born.

It began as a mother’s desire to pave the way for her daughter, but it grew into a mission to help young dreamers soar and families navigate an often-intimidating path.
