“Mom, I want to be a pilot,” my daughter Rida told me, her eyes gleaming with excitement.

My heart swelled with pride, but almost instantly, that pride gave way to worry. I found myself lying awake at night, grappling with questions I couldn’t yet answer: What qualifications would she need? Where should she start? How could I, as a mother, guide her through a world I knew so little about?

I felt overwhelmed, but I wasn’t about to let that stop her. Her dream became my mission. I spent hours researching, making calls, and trying to understand the aviation industry—a field that seemed both unfamiliar and daunting.

It didn’t take long for me to realize I wasn’t alone in this struggle. Countless parents across the country faced the same uncertainty, supporting children with ambitions to touch the skies but unsure where to begin.

That’s when a thought began to take shape: What if I could make this journey easier? What if I could empower not just my daughter but every aspiring pilot—and their parents—with the guidance and support they needed?

And so, Wind Chasers was born.

It began as a mother’s desire to pave the way for her daughter, but it grew into a mission to help young dreamers soar and families navigate an often-intimidating path.
